[CONFSERVER-11794] Internationalization for tinyMCE plugin missing FR/DE

            Agreed, and done - CONF-13567

I've also created an issue for the outstanding items to be translated - CONF-13568

Option 2 sounds like the right solution, but implementing it in Tiny MCE might not be easy.
I think we should open a separate issue for this problem. (Since it's not "missing" anymore, it's just wrong in some places).
This issue was about the entire RTE being untranslated.

The RTE keyboard shortcuts for Bold/Italics/Underline have now been translated into French and German.

Unfortunately this means that incorrect information is given.

French has shortcut (Ctrl+G) for bold
German has shortcuts (Strg + Umschalt + F) for bold, (Strg + Umschalt + K) for italics, (Strg + Umschalt + U) for underline

None of these work in the RTE at present, only the usual english shortcuts will work.

            Either:

            1. The information given in the translated tooltips should be changed, to give the working keyboard shortcut info
            2. The RTE should use different keyboard shortcuts depending on the language which is set

This was broken by the tinyMce upgrade. I've fixed up as much as I can. Unfortunately I don't know either french or german so there are a few gaps, namely:

            • Colour Picker
            • Emoticons
            • Fullscreen toggle

This is not fixed in 2.10.

With the language set to either French or German, most of the RTE tooltips and dropdowns are still appearing in English - Formats, Colour Picker, Lists, etc.

The only tootips which are translated are the ones for using Tables - and they have problems displaying accented characters.

I've restored the tinyMCE translations that were lost accidently when we resolved CONFFR-1 and CONFDE-1
