When I exported the page at http://confluence.atlassian.com/pages/viewpage.action?pageId=155484379 to PDF
the h4. headers (eg "canMapImportValue") have no formatting in my PDF.
Note that when I take the wiki markup and create a new page on EAC, the export has formatting for those headers.
Also note that CAC is on v2.8.0 and EAC is on v2.8-rc3
