When exporting a page to HTML which includes others
eg:

The page will not include the attachments on that sub page, nor will it adjust the links.

Exporting of the space, and selecting the page and the included ones still does not work, as the image links point to /confluence/ rather than to the correct location on disk.

So when a page is included it needs to somehow include all the attachments and rewrite the image urls during export.
