Links within some macro bodies are not listed as incoming links and not updated

      When changing the title of a page, links are not updated. Links which are listed as incoming links of this page are updated correctly.
      This occurs when the links are in the bodies of some macros.

      Eg

      {toc-zone}
[Link to some page|Some Page]
{toc-zone}

      If the name of "Some Page" is changed, then the link will not be updated.
