Invalid tooltip on Edit | Remove | Reply in comments section - always says "Permanent link to this comment"

      Just select any page with comments and hover on Edit | Remove | Reply links belonging to any comment.
      I bet this is a bug - text unintentionally borrowed from Permlink tooltip.
