Notification Option when creating new page

It would be cool if I had the option to notify people when I create a new page. Much like the "cc" field when creating an issue in JIRA.

For example, I am about to go into a meeting with Internal Systems to discuss improvements to the Evaluator Tool and I have created a page on EAC to facilitate the discussion. It would be great if at the time of the page creation I had the option to email those people that were attending the meeting that I had created this page so that they can add content to it as they see fit.
