"edit" link shown on attachments if you don't have the "Create Attachments" permissions

I'm not sure if it's intentional, but the "edit" link is shown on attachments in Spaces where you don't have the permission to add attachments. This would allow a user to move the attachment out of the Space and change the filename, etc.
