Ctrl-S in editor focuses Save button rather than clicking it in Firefox 3

Pressing Ctrl-S in Firefox 3 focuses the Save button rather than saving your changes. It appears that this is because there are multiple buttons on the screen with the same access key – the two Save buttons above and below the editor.
