Having a page with the title "Multimedia" (for example).
Steps to reproduce:

1. Create a page with the following markup (in Wiki Markup mode):

   [{include:Multimedia}|Multimedia]
   

2. Save the page
3. The page rendered as expected with the link to the page, "Multimedia"
4. Edit the page again
5. Switch to the "Rich Text" editor and back to "Wiki Markup" mode
6. The wiki content now shows:

   [{include:Multimedia}]
   
   []
   
   \|Multimedia">
   {include:Multimedia}
