navmap macro styles information should be correctly derived form CSS to allow use of {style} marco to override characteristics of the navmap

      The code generated for a NavMap in the standard Theme seems to be imbedded by the macro rather than inherited from the style-sheet information.

      This makes the

      {style}

      macro useless to override the look and feel of the map.
