Can't load Plugin Repository in IE7

      When attempting to load the Plugin Repository in IE7, and "Object Error" message will display and it will not load properly.
      This problem does not occur in Firefox.

      I've tested this in 2.5.7 and 2.7.1 where it is still a problem. (Plugin repository version 2.0.4 for Confluence 2.5.7, and 2.0.12 for 2.7.1).
