Page title with asterisk symbol could not be exported to HTML

      A page with asterisk symbol in the page title for example:

      Tony *Plus V3

      Generates an error similar to the following when exporting the space (where the page sits in) to HTML format:

      There was an error in the export. Please check your log files. :java.io.FileNotFoundException: C:\dev\confluence\confluence-2.7-std\home\temp\export_02152008_123348\TONY\Tony *Plus V3.html (The filename, directory name, or volume label syntax is incorrect)

      Exporting to PDF and XML works fine.
