PDF export fails if an image with Japanese name is attached to the page

      If you attach an image file with a Japanese name to a page, the PDF export fails with a system error attached.

      To reproduce, try attaching the image file テスト.jpg to a Confluence page, then try to PDF export.

      If you rename the file to latin characters, the PDF export goes through OK.
