Attached are the existing text and HTML README files included in the Confluence Standalone zip file, and also some new text for each file.

The aim is to improve the experience of users who are installing Confluence for the first time, and especially for evaluation users who are not necessarily technical experts. The changes are drawn from comments by two tech writers, who installed Confluence for the first time and had to do a bit of searching before realising what the instructions meant in some cases.

Note: The information in the readme files will probably need to be changed if and when we ship a new installer. The changes attached to this issue assume the current installation process.
