The following error is generated when trying to consume an RSS feed:

(This is the example from the demonstration space - other valid feeds fail with the same error)

I have correctly configured the proxy server settings as per the documentation (http://confluence.atlassian.com/display/DOC/Configure+Web+Proxy+Support+for+Confluence), and the plugin repository can access the internet.

I run the live logging viewer and the following warning is written:
