Error retrieving RSS feed

      Confluence 2.7 Standalone, JDK 1.5.08, Win 2003

      When trying to consume an RSS feed with this notation:

      {rss:url=http://rss.weather.com.au/vic/melbourne}

      the following error is returned:

      Could not retrieve http://rss.weather.com.au/vic/melbourne - Request failed ( Connection refused )

      Note that this is a valid feed location, and the same error is returned by the feed in the demonstration space (display/ds/RSS+Capabilities)

      I connect to the internet through a proxy server, and the plugin repository can access the internet.

      The live logging viewer reports this warning:

      2008-01-24 11:41:24,441 TP-Processor3 WARN com.atlassian.confluence.util.http.httpclient.HttpClientHttpRetrievalService The system property http.nonProxyHost is set. You probably meant to set http.nonProxyHosts.
