When in preview mode ctrl-e should go back to editor, NOT invoke a new "Edit Page" action

      I find myself consistently annoyed by this:

      I'll be editing a Confluence page. I'll click "Preview" and look at my changes. I'll see something else I want to change, and then instinctively hit cCTRL-e, invoking a new Edit Page and losing all my previous changes.

      In the preview context, CTRL-e should simple swap back to the current editor window.
