contentbylabel macro needs an option such that text from excerpted pages can be rendered

      The contentbylabel macro allows the use of the 'excerpt=true' option to display the excerpt text from the references page. The excerted text is shown as unrendered wiki markup text. There needs to be an option so the text can be shown fully rendered (including images, links etc.).
