Issue Summary
When a PDF contains umlauts, those characters sometimes don't display on the slide and other characters appear instead while using PDF Macro. This affects only specific PDFs and not all. As of now, we have reports of affected PDFs generated with "Adobe InDesign" containing umlauts.
This is reproducible on Data Center: Yes
Steps to Reproduce
- Add a PDF file to a page containing umlauts.
- Add the PDF macro, so it shows the file in slides
Expected Results
All characters are shown, when opening the file from Confluence.
Actual Results
Umlauts are not shown and instead a different character is displayed.
Workaround
Required, if there is no workaround please state:
Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
