Issue Summary

A page title with slash("/") and sharp("#") ,  then add the link to it in a  new page. when checking page information of the new page,  the  original page is not shown in the section of  Outgoing Links in new page.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create a page with title of "2026/06"
2. Create a page with title of "test" and edit the page, insert the link of the above page.
3. Click "... > Page Information" of the "test" page
4. Check the section of "Outgoing Links"

Expected Results

The page of "2026/06" should be shown there

Actual Results

No page of "2026/06" found in "Outgoing Links" section
 

Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
