Customized Velocity Context is not able to render in PDF or HTML exported pages.

      Implementing a Velocity Context Plugins enable one to use it across Confluence such as in a User Macro or velocity templates.
      However, it does not work when it is added to the Page.pdfexport.vm file nor the Page.htmlexport.vm file. It render the context key as it is. For example:

      $myContextKey
