Issue Summary

Headings are being duplicated in the Table of Contents Macro if placed inside a table. Headings outside the table work fine.

This behaviour is not observed in 9.2

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create a new page and insert a Table of Contents macro.
2. Add a table.
3. Inside the cell, type any text and add a Heading 1 formatting to it (Heading 2 or 3 will also do);
4. Publish the page.

Expected Results

• Table of Contents to display this text as a single entry

Actual Results

The heading placed inside the table is duplicated.

Workaround

Place the heading outside the table.
