Issue Summary

When you move to the Manage Watchers on a page, watching the space section keeps loading

Steps to Reproduce

1. View any Page/Space
2. Click on Watch/Watching on the right hand side of the page → Manage Watchers
3. A Manage Watchers dialog will appear, view the Watching this space section

Expected Results

Watching the space section should show users list watching the page

Actual Results

The watching the space section keeps loading indefinitely

Note: We are seeing this behaviour when we have anyone listed under watching this page section. If that section is empty, then watching this space shows the users' list without any issue.
