Include page macro fails to render the main page if the page title has a '#' in it

      Issue Summary

      If the main page has a "#" in page title, include macro doesn't redirect to main page and throws error via "Go to Include page" option

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Download Confluence 9.2.15

            2. Create a page ex- Page A#

            3. Create another page, ex- Page B, and add Page A# in the include macro

            4. Save the page

             5. Edit page B and go to the include page option in the macro

      Expected Results

      The main page (Page A#) renders correctly. 

      Actual Results

      Page not found error can be seen in the UI

      Workaround

      Remove # from the main page title
