In Confluence Data Center, current attachment version is missing in the notification email

Suggested Solution

• In Confluence Data Center, the built‑in "attachment updated" notification currently only includes:
  • A link to the attachment
  • A reference to the previous version (including its version comment)
  • Standard page/space context

• It does not include the comment on the current attachment version in that same email, and there's no admin or user setting you can flip to change that behaviour.
• For Confluence Data Center, when an attachment changes, include both the previous version's comment and the current version's comment in the notification email.
