Currently, if pasting a web link into editor mode, the confluence can convert format from web link into internal link(space key/title in storage format) .

However, some users still using Insert link and introduce web links for internal pages.

When base URL changed, the customers have to change DB data to fix the broken links as this article. It is inconvenient and risky.
It is better to have a function to change all web links to confluence itself into internal link format(space Key/title in storage format)  in a bulk .
