I would like to suggest that the way sections were visible and managed in the Data Centre version of Confluence is far superior to that in Cloud and should be brought back.

In DC you had a specific button to add a section and you could then (in edit mode) see a clear border around that section so when you moved it you knew exactly what would be included.  The new functionality in cloud does not do this and is really confusing and unhelpful.  Please reinstate the previous functionality.  Removing this is a real downgrade in usability.
