Setting Team Calendar time format to 24h, is not applicable to Create event

      Issue Summary

      When setting the Team Calendar time format to 24h, the setting does not apply to the Create event and to the date when clicked.

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. On Confluence v9.2.13
      2. Navigate to Team Calendars in General Configuration
      3. Change Display time format to 13:00 (24-hour time)
      4. Check the time format displayed on the Team Calendar to see the changes
      5. Create any Event type, uncheck All day event, and click on the Clock icon to set the time.

      Expected Results

      The display timing format should be changed to 24h, as shown in the screenshot below:

      Also, the time format listed in the clock icon drop-down must be a 24h format

      Actual Results

      When clicking the event, the timing still shows in 12h format (01-12h) instead of (01-23h), as shown in the screenshot below.

      Workaround

      Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
