Issue Summary

Restricted pages listed under the "popular" tab are visible to all users, including anonymous users, although they can't access the pages. 

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create a page

1. Restrict the page to user 1

1. Make the space public by giving the view access to anonymous users

1. Now open the Popular tab on the dashboard in a private or new window as an anonymous user

1. Seeing the same behaviour on Mobile browsers as well

Expected Results

As the page is restricted, it should not appear in the popular list of pages.

Actual Results

We are able to see the page under the Popular tab

Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
