Assume page A contains a section E marked as "excerpt" (macro: Excerpt), and assume that section E contains a report of the attachments of its page A (macro: Attachments). Furthermore, assume page B contains a reference to excerpt E (macro Insert Excerpt). So E appears in page B just as it appears in page A. So far so good.

Now, in page B, deleting an attachment from list E removes the attachment from page A, which is the expected behaviour. But, still in page B, adding an attachment to list E (by drag and drop into the drop zone) adds it to page B, not A, so it does not appear in list E. This is inconsistent.
