Option to make resolved Jira Issues opacity different in Team Calendars

      https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/CONFSERVER-99135 fixed an issue with Jira issues having the same color as the background image. This now causes both resolved and unresolved issues to have the same opacity. It would be good to have the option to allow opacity tweaks for resolved issues.
