page-imports folder not preset on fresh installation

      Issue Summary

      The directory page-imports to upload files through spacetools is not created on fresh installation of Confluence

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Download Confluence 10.1.1
      2. Go to Space tools > Content tools > Import
      3. Below directory is shown in the UI where files can be kept to upload
      C:\Program Files\Atlassian\Application Data\Confluence\shared-home\page-imports
      
      

      Expected Results

      The above directory is present after installing Confluence

      Actual Results

      The directory page-imports is not present.

      Workaround

      Create the directory manually:
      1. Go to C:\Program Files\Atlassian\Application Data\Confluence\shared-home\

      mkdir page-imports
      

      Above us for Linux distribution, for windows, create a new folder under C:\Program Files\Atlassian\Application Data\Confluence\shared-home\.
