Rich-text editor adds double lines for each newline character

      When editing with Rich-text, each newline adds double line spacing to the text, such as:

      test

test1

test2

      this is not consistent to when the same text is added through the wiki-markup mode:

      test
test1
test2

      Though switching between the two modes does not change the formatting.
