Issue Summary
Table Formatting breaks/misalignment in Page View Mode for Merged Columns, completely different from what we have set in the Edit mode.
Steps to Reproduce
- Set up Confluence 9.2.9
- Use the attached Storage Format of the Page, containing Table - TableColWidthIssueSF.txt

- Table Width for the Merged Column is different in View vs Edit Mode.
- This behaviour is not observed in earlier Confluence versions ( Tested with 8.5.15 as of now)
Expected Results
Table column width should not be changed for Fixed Width with Merged Column, irrespective of View and Edit Mode.
Actual Results
Change in the width for the Merged Column in View Mode. (Attache screenshot)

Workaround
If you require precise fixed column widths, you have the option to disable the impacting feature.
- Log into Confluence administration on this direct URL https://<confluence-base-url>/admin/darkfeatures.action
- Add in a line at the bottom confluence-table-enhancements.sticky-headers.disabled and press Submit
Remember to remove the confluence-table-enhancements.sticky-headers.disabled dark feature once this issue is resolved
