Link in Help Tips on General Configuration page goes to wrong doc space

      In the Help Tips on General Configuration page, there's a link labelled 'More about Rich Text Editing'. It points to:
      http://confluence.atlassian.com/display/CONF20/Rich+Text+Editor+Overview

      That is the old Confluence doc space, and is very out of date.

      Please change the link to:
