As per the current logic, only one message(Lozenge) per app is shown on the UI. This can cause confusion if the app is incompatible, but still shown as Data Center Update Available. Please try to have more than one message per API so that users have more clarity. 

e.g. say: "App incompatible" if the current version isn't compatible, as well as "Update available" if there's a newer version that is available.
