Issue Summary

When importing a space from cloud (xml export), according to this KB(Import a space from Confluence Cloud), 'Restore space admin permissions' may be needed.
However, the target space won't appear in 'Space Permissions' .

Steps to Reproduce

1. Export a space from confluence cloud(xml)
2. Import it into Confluence DC
3. Go to Administration > General Configuration > Space Permissions

Expected Results

The target space should appear to restore space permissions

Actual Results

The target space does not show up in 'Space Permissions'

Workaround

Accessing the space from Top Menu > Space Directory using administrator.
