Issue Summary

Issue with the Space Export to PDF function in Confluence, where links in the exported PDF no longer navigate within the document but instead open web links.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Refer to the Video PDFLinkEmbabded.mp4
   2. Export a space to PDF in Confluence 9.2.6.
   3. Click on a link in the exported PDF.
   4. Observe that the link opens a web link instead of navigating within the PDF.

Verified the behaviour on LTS and Latest release (10.x)

• Confluence 8.5.25 : Links redirected within PDF file.
• Confluence 9.2.7 : Links redirected to Confluence Web Page (URL)
• Confluence 10.0.2 : Links redirected to Confluence Web Page (URL)  

Expected Results

Generated PDF space export containing (page) embedded links (Pages from the same space) should redirect within PDF instead Web URL.

Actual Results

Space exported PDF embedded Links open a new browser tab to view the link directly in Confluence.
