When long usernames are present in the page restrictions dialogue, buttons to set page restrictions are not accessible without horizontal scrolling.

      Issue Summary

When managing page restrictions in Confluence Data Center versions 9.2.6 and 9.2.7, the page restrictions dialogue does not properly handle long usernames or display names. If a user with a long name is added to the restrictions list, a horizontal scrollbar appears at the bottom of the dialogue.

As a result, the "Add" and "Remove" buttons for page restrictions are pushed out of view and can only be accessed by scrolling horizontally. This negatively impacts usability, as users expect these buttons to remain visible and accessible regardless of username length.

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Open the page restrictions dialogue on any page.
      2. Ensure a user with a long username or display name is added to the restrictions list.
      3. Set the user’s page permission to, let's say, "Can view and edit."
      4. Observe that a horizontal scrollbar appears at the bottom of the dialogue.
      5. Notice that the "Add" and "Remove" buttons are not immediately visible and require horizontal scrolling to access.

      Expected Results

The "Add" and "Remove" buttons should always be visible and accessible in the page restrictions dialogue, even when long usernames are present.

      Actual Results

When long usernames are present, a horizontal scrollbar appears, and the "Add" and "Remove" buttons are only accessible after scrolling.

      Workaround

Currently, there is no known workaround for this behaviour. A workaround will be added here when available
