Problem

In Confluence 9.2.x or newer environments, we are unable to subscribe team calendar .ics web url wi th Outlook.

Outlook:

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create a calendar using Confluence team calendar
2. Disable "Turn On Shared Calendar Improvements" in outlook
3.  Use the steps from here to create an .ics url and try to subscribe from Outlook, using the steps described under : Subscribe with one-way synchronization (iCal)
4. We also tried web-based, outlook 365, but noticed the same error.
5. We are also not presented with a prompt for username/password

Expected Results

We should be able to see Team Calendar events in Outlook

Actual Results

1. We are seeing error : We can't add the calendar for right now. Please try again later

Workaround

None

Notes

1. We tried to capture packets from a Desktop outlook, but was not successful.
2. If we used .ics file generated from Gmail, we noticed the same error.
3. However, if we tried using the "secret address in iCal format" under gmail, it is read by Outlook without issues
