Issue Summary
Editing a page with the default layout causes the cursor to scroll back to the top when clicking above the headings. The issue doesn't occur when using page layout.
The issue is reproducible in Chromium-based browsers like Chrome and Edge. It was not reproducible in Firefox and Safari.
Steps to Reproduce
- Create a page with multiple headings, making sure that the headings have multiple paragraphs.
- Save the page.
- Edit the page and click above the headings.
Expected Results
The cursor should stay above the headings.
Actual Results
The cursor moves to or near the top of the page.
Workaround
Use page layout.
