To replicate:

1) Enable Userlistener from User Listener Plugin
2) Enter the wiki markup:

{userlister:groups=confluence-users|online=true}
and
{userlister:groups=confluence-users|online=false}

The first macro will display the inverse of what it's supposed to - it displays all the non-logged in users instead of all the logged in users.

The second macro will display all users, regardless of their login status.
