Customer annoyed!
So, could someone explain to me why importing Word documents with a document Title in the header no longer imports as the document title as it has for the last 5 years I've used it, but rather the file name is now used?
This creates more work in our process, and certainly does for others. So I don't know if this is a bug, or someone's whim idea that Word document titles don't matter anymore?
It really does not make any sense to default to a filename as the title if the document has a title, as these are often completely different and are for different purposes. Filenames are not intended to be document titles.
I'm suggesting you return the page back to its previous user-friendly state of importing the document header as the title.
