Add additional control over "how" table columns are adaptive.

Add a configure option within the table column section of the menu bar. There you could select the following options:

• Fixed width (numeric input - option is exclusive and overrides ability to select other options)
• Adaptive Shrink (checkbox)
• Minimum Width (numeric input)
• Adaptive Grow (checkbox)
• Maximum Width (numeric input)
