Enable UPM REST API to update plugins via automation

      Along with our Installing, Uninstalling, Upgrading and Downgrading Marketplace Apps on Confluence using REST API documentation, the automation of the download of the new files is missing.

      This information might be obtainable by the endpoint "http://CONFLUENCE_URL/rest/plugins/1.0/installed-marketplace?updates=true", but more scripting is needed.

      It would be useful for new automated environments to be able to:

      • Update all plugins with the use of a REST API endpoint.
      • Update plugins separately if needed, by the use of a REST API endpoint.
