Clean up breadcrumbs templates to use the new BreadcrumbManager

      From CONF-9566, code for displaying breadcrumbs was largely refactored for pages and blogs.
      This should be applied to everywhere and could potentially remove all the *breadcrumbs.vm templates and put one generic call in the root.vmd
