Issue Summary

As per title.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Add a user to a group in an external Active Directory server
2. In Confluence, grant system administrator privileges to that AD group

Please note that this bug has another cache related trigger condition and so may not manifest consistently.

Expected Results

That user should be granted system administrator privileges.

e.g. They can access the system information page (/admin/systeminfo.action)

Actual Results

User does not possess system administrator privileges.

Workaround

Grant system administrator permission directly to user.
