Expertise Section Shows Current User Always with Questions for Confluence

      Issue Summary

      When viewing another user's profile the current user's Expertise data will always be shown.

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Enable Questions for Confluence
      2. Navigate to the User Profile for main confluence of another user
      3. Observe the expertise section shows the logged in user's stats

      Expected Results

      The expertise section should show the stats of the user profile being viewed.

      Actual Results

      The expertise section shows the logged in user's stats (see attached screenshot)

      Workaround

      Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
