Currently, according to https://confluence.atlassian.com/display/DOC/Database+Setup+For+MySQL, the instructions are to "GRANT ALL PRIVILEGES". However, some customers prefer not to grant all privileges.

Could you provide a list of the specific privileges required for Confluence to operate correctly with MySQL, similar to the setup for Oracle as described in https://confluence.atlassian.com/display/doc/database+setup+for+oracle?
