Panel Macro title position

      Hi,
      I would like to a request from development team.
      As you know, book publishers using "Example" directives in their books which they would like to refer some code examples. When we want to use Code Macro with Panel Macro, we might use only title over the panel.

      So, could you add a properties for title to the Panel Macro like "position=top,bottom"?
